知っておきたいこと

Courts must be booked in advance through the ward's online reservation system or by phone; walk-ins are not accepted. Rate is 600 yen per hour, with a 2-hour minimum booking (1,200 yen). Note that non-residents can book directly but are not eligible for the resident-priority lottery.
