About the venue

Stade Roland-Garros is the clay-court tennis stadium in Paris’s 16th arrondissement that hosts the French Open Grand Slam. Playing opportunities and spectator visits are separate arrangements.

On court

An official 2023 stadium article lists 18 courts; this is the stadium inventory, not a count of courts currently available for public hire. Philippe-Chatrier has lighting. Lighting and roof conditions for courts offered in any public programme must be checked separately.

Before you go

During the 2025 summer RGTC programme, the FFT offered free annex-court reservations through Ten’Up. The 2026 RGTC sessions ran from 14 June to 3 July and 15 to 23 August; coached Suzanne-Lenglen activities had on-site registration and were advertised through 1 July. These programmes have ended. As of 6 October 2026, a current ordinary public court-hire offer has not been verified. Club RG restaurant and private parking benefits are restricted; monthly member training is at the national training centre, with stadium-court access only when available.
