About the venue

Sai Ching Street Tennis Courts sit in the heart of Yuen Long, about a 10–15 minute walk from Long Ping MTR station. Surrounded by buildings that block some of the afternoon sun while still letting a breeze through, these public courts are a popular pick with local players.

On court

The main outdoor hard courts have floodlights for evening play, open daily from 7am to 11pm. Most courts sit side by side without full dividers between them, so balls can occasionally drift into the next court, though local players are used to it. Some courts have been resurfaced and offer good grip, drying quickly after rain.

Before you go

Book through LCSD SmartPLAY in advance or request an unclaimed session on the spot, subject to availability. Court hire is paid. The separate practice courts have their own paid LCSD tariff; confirm the applicable fee when booking. Restrooms, lockers, drinking water and accessible facilities are on site.
